Thank you for your interest in Madison's off campus apartment options. While attending MMI, you're living in comfortable, safe apartments in some of Madison's safest and most affordable communities. Although we do not own or operate our own housing facilities we work closely with carefully chosen property managers. Some of the property managers have designed special student leases and offer assistance with room mate placements. When applying to live in Prima Management Apartments, you may apply to one or more of the neighborhoods, depending on your eligibility for each area.

It is the goal of Madison Media Institute staff to support students in their academic careers. We also want to give students and thier families the piece of mind they deserve when sending their child off to college. Madison is a very student oriented community. The University of Wisconsin, near downtown Madison, is the largest university in the state, with nearly 50,000 students. Housing opportunities are plentiful, as are student oriented activities and entertainment. Based primarily on safety and general quality of life, the Madison metropolitan area has been rated as one of the best places to live in America. With roughly 350,000 permanent residents, it is large enough to offer all the big city amenities while retaining the small town warmth. Madison's population is ethnically diverse, and generally well educated.

Tenant Resource Center

Tenant Resource Center is a nonprofit, membership organization dedicated to promoting positive relations between rental housing consumers and providers throughout Wisconsin. By providing information and referrals, education about rental rights and responsibilities, and access to conflict resolution, we empower the community to obtain and maintain quality affordable housing.
