Motion Graphics
Gone are the days of hand-drawn cartoons. On the leading edge of technology, motion graphics are multimedia productions that use video and/or animation to create the illusion of motion or a transforming appearance. Instead of tangible film, motion graphic technicians utilize the computer to capture movement. At Madison Media Institute, we equip students with the skills to begin their careers in 3D animation and special effects:
- 3D designers
- 3D modelers
- texture artists
- animators
- freelance new media developers
Students will gain knowledge in industry standard software applications such as Avid®, Final Cut Pro ®, DVD Studio Pro®, LightWave 3D®, Adobe PhotoShop®, Adobe Illustrator®, Adobe Flash®, Adobe Dreamweaver®, and Macintosh® and Windows® operating systems. Visual artists and storytellers with a taste for technology, who wish to put their stories and characters in motion using the latest animation techniques can find their niche at Madison Media Institute.
